Cooking stirs-fry at home is rarely cheaper than takeout (the shrimp alone here cost $6.59), but it sure tastes a heck of a lot better. There are no mystery ingredients or secret sauces here. Just good shrimp, fresh eggplant, gluten-free soy sauce, etc. I didn’t exactly follow the recipe - just used the ingredients list as a guide. I also added a handful of cut green beans just before the shrimp, which added good color, texture and flavor variety to the dish.
