Wine Braised Sort Ribs

Falling-of-the-bone kinda good Sunday supper.  I pretty much followed the recipe: brown the ribs, make a base (onions, celery, carrots, tomato paste and wine).  Add the ribs back and cook in the oven until everything starts to melt.  I served the ribs over polenta and accompanied with the same wine I’d used in cooking.  I’ll surely be making this again before winter is over.
